Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and, if discovered, all associated accounts will be closed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Account Management

Security and Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify the ace369 support team immediately.

Account Balance

Funds held in your account are kept with ace369 and may only be used for your betting and gaming activities. ace369 does not pay any interest or returns. Account balances cannot be transferred to another person.

Multiple Account Prohibition

Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and bonus funds will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on ace369 is ৳300. Deposits can be made easily via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ace369 does not impose any additional charges on deposits, though fees from the payment service provider may apply.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. ace369 may temporarily suspend withdrawals while a verification process is underway.

Anti-Money Laundering

ace369 is committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, ace369 may suspend the transaction and request additional verification. Deposited funds must be the user's own legitimate funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing the maximum of ৳10,000 will give a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000. The bonus amount will not exceed ৳5,000.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawal (wagering requirement 25x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled before the bonus expires, the bonus funds will be cancelled.

General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion applies once only and to a single account.
• ace369 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion at any time.
• ace369 may set specific game restrictions or betting limits for wagers placed with bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
• ace369 may withdraw any promotional benefit if it is established that the bonus is being abused.

Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

All games operated on ace369 follow fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG). No game outcome is predetermined and no party can control the result of any game.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market. ace369 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time. ace369 may request additional verification for unusually large bets.

Bet Cancellation and Adjustment

ace369 reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical error or data feed issue. The original stake will be refunded for any cancelled bet. For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of the related bet will be handled in accordance with ace369 policy.

Technical Failures

If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server outage, or other technical issues, ace369 will attempt to settle based on the last saved game state. In some cases, the bet may be cancelled and the stake refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace369:

• Assisting minors in creating accounts or placing bets on their behalf.
• Obtaining bonus benefits through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to operate games or betting.
• Exploiting any technical error to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to ace369 systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Harassing or defrauding other users through ace369.
• Attempting to obtain bonus or promotional benefits by creating multiple accounts.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, ace369 reserves the right to close the relevant account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

Intellectual Property

The ace369 website, logo, brand name, graphics, software, and all content are the exclusive property of ace369 or appropriately licensed. Copying, distributing, publishing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ace369 is prohibited.
